One of the GOOD Ramen in NJ. Appetizers; Ika Gesso sauce was not bad, tofu hijiki & edamame tofu nuggets was not my favorite. Burnt garlic ramen was pretty good, the wagyu ramen broth was GREAT, but the wagyu meat was too rich for me [I get it, it's Wagyu]. But, there's a way to balance out the richness from wagyu meat π‘ The Black Sesame Creme Brulee was Really GOOD, Matcha Ice cream was okay. The service was friendly & quick πππ

π What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. From the moment you walk in, the waitstaff greets you with genuine warmth and hospitality. They are attentive without being intrusive, checking in at just the right moments to make sure everything is perfect. The ramen is easily one of the best Iβve had in New Jersey. The broth is rich and authentic, the ingredients are fresh, and every bowl reflects the beauty of Japanese simplicityβnothing unnecessary, just high-quality ingredients prepared with care. If youβre looking for authentic Japanese ramen and an outstanding dining experience from start to finish, this is an absolute must-try. Iβll definitely be back! Thank you for the awesome experience!π

Highly recommend both tonkotsu and garlic tonkotsu. They have distinct flavors so try both. Pork pieces are thick melt in your mouth. Egg is perfectly cooked. Rich broth is flavorful but not too greasy. This may be the best ramen joint Iβve been to. Itβs a shame itβs so far away from where I live. If you are within 45 minute driving distance this place is worth making a special trip out to.

Our service was so good! Our server Johan I think that was his name, was so sweet and made sure me and my friend had everything we needed. The food came out incredibly fast! The place was so cool, having a lot of different paintings which made the restaurant look cool. It was both me and my friend first time going, I recommend this place!

Chris, our server, was so nice and was super accommodating. I got the spicy miso ramen and the broth and pork belly made the wait worth it. I also got the pork floss bao to share and it was very flavorful. HIGHLY recommend joining the waitlist ahead of time as it gets packed on the weekends especially. I will definitely come back again for both the food and service.
